Dr. Timothy Re has worked in the field of psychology in various capacities since 1982. He has an extensive background in treating a wide variety of issues but especially OCD, anxiety, and addictive disorders. He has specialized in OCD treatment for over 25 years. He likes working with people who just need a few sessions to get back on track, or more complex cases that require a comprehensive approach.
As a generalist, Dr. Re enjoys working with clients of all ages in treatment needs. He utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques, and evidence-based practices within a holistic philosophy. In therapy, Dr. Re helps clients think and behave in new ways to address issues, develop new perspectives and/or utilize strengths to develop new coping skills. Clients report he is very caring and easy to talk to. He is a parent of six adopted children.
Dr. Re is in network with Aetna, BCBS, Medicare and Beacon Health.
