For the past 10 years, Meghan has worked with a variety of age groups in individual and group settings, addressing addiction, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship conflicts, and the effects of trauma. She has found growth, joy, and wisdom in joining clients in their journeys toward their own personal freedom and authentic happiness in life. She provides a safe, accepting, and warm space in which all experience is valued, and she provides support and effective tools to empower and assist clients in finding their internal strength and security. Meghan's goal is to help clients find greater insight and freedom from that which distracts from life, with an individual approach to their needs. She has been working with hypnosis and regression for several years, and finds these, as well as EMDR, to be effective options for resolving trauma, phobias, stubborn patterns, and building courage, confidence, and clarity. Meghan loves seeing transformation in individual adults and adolescents with all of life's struggles and opportunities, as well as couples seeking support with addiction challenges.
