Dr. Vogel is a licensed clinical psychologist who views therapy as a collaborative enterprise between therapist and client. He values a gentle, accepting way of looking at oneself and sees curiosity as an asset in identifying solutions or changes to improve relationships and quality of life. As a Certified Imago Relationship therapist, Dr. Vogel works with couples to help each person see how they may impact on their partner and also to better understand and accept the ways in which the two are different from each other. Important goals of the therapy include reducing negative communication in the relationship and increasing behaviors that enhance emotional connectedness. Areas of interest include: Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Relationship Issues, Grief, Phase of Life Issues. Locations: Dr. Vogel works with adults in the Schaumburg and Crystal Lake offices. In-person and telehealth sessions are offered at both locations.
