COVID Preparedness Office Procedures for Clients
Effective 4/4/22, masks are optional at Personal Growth Associates.
By coming to the office, you are assuming the risk of exposure to the coronavirus (or other public health risk). To obtain services in person, we ask that you take certain precautions which will help keep everyone (you, your clinician, and other patients) safer from exposure, sickness and possible death.
Please reschedule your appointment or switch to teletherapy if you are feeling ill, have a fever, have tested positive for COVID, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive. Experts advise assessing risk and comfort levels on a case-by-case basis. Talk to your therapist about whether or not you or your therapist will wear a mask during your session.
We have taken steps to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus within the office, including sanitizing, air purifiers, open windows, and social distancing. We remain committed to following prevailing professional healthcare standards to limit the transmission of COVID-19 in our offices.
If there is a resurgence of the pandemic, we may have to revise our policies.
